Inglenook

Inglenook was founded in 1879 in Rutherford, the Napa Valley’s birthplace.
It is owned by filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola. Gradually from 1975, he decided to undertake major renovations in order to once again carry the ambition of making the estate an essential reference for wines from the region.
Historically recognized for its pioneering work on Cabernet Sauvignon over the centuries, it has been rightly rewarded several times in history for the finesse and purity of his wines:
Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1889, the wine that received the most gold medals at the Panama-Pacific International Exhibition in 1915, as well as a perfect 100/100, awarded by Jane Anson for Rubicon 2019.
Since 2011, Francis Ford Coppola has chosen to work with Philippe Bascaules, Managing Director of Château Margaux to perpetuate the myth and the quality of the cuvées produced at the estate.

Cheval Des Andes

Cheval des Andes is an estate located in the Mendoza region of Argentina. It was born from a collaboration between the Cheval Blanc estate in Saint-Emilion, France, and the Terrazas de los Andes estate in Mendoza. The estate was created in 1999 with the objective of producing high quality wines using the best viticultural practices of the region.

Cheval des Andes produces red wines from grapes grown in the vineyards of Mendoza, at altitudes of up to 1,400 metres above sea level. The grapes are made from a variety of varieties, including Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Syrah. The grapes are hand-picked and hand-sorted to ensure the quality of the grapes used.

Domaine Cheval des Andes wines are known for their balance, complexity and elegance. The wines are aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months to allow for deep maturation and integration of aromas and flavours. The wines are then aged in bottle for several years before being released, to allow further maturation and maximum expression of their unique characteristics.

Cheval des Andes is committed to sustainability and environmental protection. The vineyards are grown using sustainable agricultural practices, and the winery uses innovative technologies to reduce its carbon footprint and minimise its impact on the environment. The winery also offers guided tours of its winery and vineyards to allow visitors to learn about the history, culture and natural beauty of the Mendoza region.

Morlet

Founded in 2006 by Luc and Jodie Morlet, Morlet Family Vineyards is one of the very few estates to have been crowned 6 times with a Robert Parker 100/100, for 4 of their cuvées, between 2013 and 2016.
An extraordinary feat that demonstrates all the quality of meticulous work and technical mastery on the different plots:
-Parcel of Cabernet Sauvignon ‘Morlet Estate’ in the St. Helena district
-Plot of Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc ‘Coeur de Vallée’ in the Oakville district
-Plot of Bordeaux grape varieties 'Mon Chevalier' overlooking Mt St. Helena in the Knights Valley appellation
-Chardonnays & Pinot Noirs from Fort Ross-Seaview, Sonoma Coast & Russian River Valley plots
Whether on plots in Napa Valley (Bordeaux Varietals) or Sonoma (Bourgogne Varietals), only ultra-premium wines are produced, reflecting Luc Morlet's expertise in the expression of the terroir and in the assembly art.
The Morlet style gives powerful wines, harmonious in their intensity, richness, complexity and refinement, homogeneous and endowed with an aptitude for aging.
Located in the famous Oakville district, in the heart of Napa Valley, Cœur de Vallée benefits from an exceptional terroir, nestled between some of the greatest Californian estates: Harlan Estate, Screaming Eagle and Peter Michael Winery.

Michele Chiarlo

Family owned estate founded in the 1930s by Pietro Chiarlo, Michele's father. At that time, wines of Piedmont were far from being known worldwide as they are today, but Pietro was convinced of the potential of these lands. So he started making wine and selling to the local cooperative.
In 1956 Michele Chiarlo started producing wine and 1958 signed the premier cru of Barolo, bottled under the name Michele Chiarlo.
In 2012, Michele Chiarlo was one of the founders of the Accademia del Barolo.
Tradition and rigor. Lightness and passion. Caring for landscape, art and community. Durability and experimentation, with a pop art trait.
Here are the principles of Michele Chiarlo, proudly transmitted to his sons Stefano and Alberto. Together, they continue to work, in the tradition of an internationally oriented family business.
Attention to detail, obsessive care of the vines, vinification with respect for the terroirs and the vines, craftsmanship.
The grapes are grown in the vineyards of Piedmont, especially in the appellations of Barolo, Barbaresco, Gavi and Asti, where the climatic and geological conditions are ideal for the production of quality wines.
The Michele Chiarlo estate is committed to sustainability and environmental protection. The vineyards are cultivated using sustainable agricultural practices, and the winery uses innovative technologies to reduce its carbon footprint and minimize its impact on the environment.

Chappellet

Molly and Donn Chappellet founded Chappellet Estate in 1967, on the hills of Pritchard Hill, after having succumbed to the beauty of the place, and the potential of the terroir and the plots. In 1968, they built the Chai, which is unique in its pyramid shape. It is nicknamed "the most remarkable wine cathedral of the modern world".
Family estate since its creation, it is one of the top famous in Napa Valley to still be under family control. It is the second generation, Cyril and Dominic, who perpetuate the work instituted by Donn.
Pritchard Hill has even been nicknamed: "Napa Valley's Grand Cru" in reference to its style.
From the first vintage of the Cabernet Sauvignon cuvée released on the market, the wine received a 100 Robert Parker points. This wine from the 1969 vintage is still considered as one of the greatest Napa Valley wines of all time.
1997 marked the creation of the estate's emblematic cuvée: Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon. The cuvée comes from the finest batches of the estate's top plots.
The estate is at the forefront in terms of agroecology: committed to an Organic farming philosophy since the 1980s, a real desire to preserve the natural environment of the estate: only 41ha of the estate are planted with vines. The rest of the land (218ha) remains uncultivated, solar panels are installed on the new winery, making it possible to achieve autonomy in electricity, since 2011, a water treatment system used for irrigation makes it possible to reuse water necessary in the winery and upstream, rainwater is captured to allow irrigation...

Ceretto

Ceretto is an estate located in the wine region of Piedmont, Italy. It was founded in 1930 by Riccardo Ceretto, a passionate winemaker who passed on his know-how to his children, Bruno and Marcello, who took over the family business.
Since the 1960s, it has been one of the first wine estates in Piedmont to use the concept of Crus and parcel selection, with in particular Briccho Rocche in Barolo and Asili in Barbaresco.
Currently it is the third generation that manages the entire vineyard in biodynamics. The estate has also been certified organic since 2015.
Ceretto has no less than 130 hectares of vines, including 12 hectares in Barolo, and 8 hectares in Barbaresco – it is on these terroirs that Nebbiolo is king and expresses itself wonderfully in the plot cuvées of the estate. Bricco Rocche is the monopoly of the Ceretto family and the flagship of the house, alongside the Cannubi San Lorenzo cru, only produced in magnums, and kept for ten years minimum in the cellar before being released.
Ceretto distributes its wine-growing activity over three cellars: Tenuta Monsordo Bernardina for welcoming tourists and the production of Blangé, the white Langhe made from the Arnéis grape variety. Cantina Bricco Rocche for the production of Barolo wines: Brunate, Bricco Rocche, Cannubi San Lorenzo... Cantina Bricco Asili for the production of Barbaresco wines: Asili, Bernadot... And I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano for the production of Moscato d'Asti and Asti Spumante.
And also, Ceretto owns the gourmet restaurant Piazza Duomo in Alba, three stars in the Michelin Guide and is one of the very few estates in the world to have a restaurant of such a level of gastronomy.

Marchesi di Grésy

The di Grésy family is deeply rooted in the Piedmont wine-growing landscape. As early as 1650, the Monte Aribaldo estate, in Langhe, was the very first that the family operated.
In 1973, Alberto di Grésy decided to vinify and market by his own means the Nebbiolo coming from his properties and in particular from the exceptional site of Martinenga, located at the junction of the mythical crus of Asili and Rabaja'.
It is the creation of the Tenute Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Grésy which includes among others the domain of Martinenga.
Alberto is still in charge of the family estates, and he is now accompanied by his children, Alessandro and Ludovica, who joined him in 2013.
All the estates cover 35 hectares, ranging from the hills of Langhe to Monferrato, passing through Barbaresco.
Martinenga is unquestionably the estate's flagship cru, and it is wholly owned by the di Grésy family. It is even the only existing Monopoly on the Barbaresco appellation.
Martinenga is an incredible place, it is a natural amphitheater of 12 hectares, which nestles all around the cellar, in the heart of the Barbaresco appellation.
Besides the production of the famous Camp Gros and Gaiun crus; the estate produces a wide range of wines ranging from whites made from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, to great wines made from the region's emblematic grape variety: Nebbiolo.

Kracher

The Kracher estate is located on the shores of Lake Neusiedl in the Burgenland wine region in eastern Austria, near the border with Hungary.
Founded in 1959 by Alois Kracher Senior, the Kracher estate is rightly considered as one of the best estates in Austria and one of the world references in terms of sweet wine.
It was in 1991, through Alois Kracher Junior, that the estate experienced an international rise. In 1994, he was elected Winemaker of the Year by the Wine Journal in London.
Grandson of founder Alois Kracher Sr, Gerhard Kracher has managed the estate since 2007. He perpetuates the heritage and tradition of the estate, while bringing innovations in line with current technological advances.

The Kollektion Nouvelle Vague, in connection with the plotting work carried out by the Krachers, has been awarded the perfect score of 100/100 by Robert Parker on several occasions. It is still to this day the highest rated Austrian collection in history.

The plain of Seewinkel is indeed surrounded by small shallow lakes, allowing to obtain the famous wet fog in a region with a temperate continental climate; optimal conditions to see the development of Botrytis Cinerea, the centerpiece in the development of these golden nectars, also present in wine regions renowned for the production of great sweet wines: Sauternes, Bonnezeaux, Alsace, Tokay in Hungary and in Germany.

Castellare di Castellina

Castellare di Castellina is a winery located in the Chianti region of Tuscany, Italy. Founded in 1972, the estate is located on a hill with a panoramic view of the surrounding valley.
Castellare di Castellina mainly produces red wines made from Sangioveto, the emblematic grape variety of the Chianti region. The estate also has vines of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon to produce more structured red wines.
The estate's must-have cuvée is I Sodi di San Niccolo.
I Sodi di San Niccolo is one of the few Super Tuscans to be made exclusively with native grape varieties: Sangioveto and Malvasia Nera.
The name derives from the word used by Tuscan peasants to describe those lands which must be worked by hand, being too hard (Sodi) or too steep to allow the use of oxen.
San Niccolo, on the other hand, is the name of the fourteenth century church that stands on the Castellare estate around which some of the finest plots are found.
On the label, the iconic bird, always present on the red wines of Castellare, symbol of the daily commitment to sustainable viticulture that the estate has been carrying out for more than 40 years.
It was in 1977 that I Sodi di San Niccolo was bottled for the first time. Since then, 44 harvests have followed one another (1978 unbottled) and increasingly important awards: I Sodi di San Niccolo, in fact, was the first Italian wine to appear in the Top 100 in 1988 of the Wine Spectator with the vintage 1985; same recognition in 1989 with the 1986 vintage.

Denis Carré

Family wine estate located in Meloisey, on the heights of the village of Pommard. Denis Carré founded the eponymous domain in 1975. It is now his children, Gaëtane and Martial, who write the adventure of the domain.
The estate covers 12 hectares and is spread over the following appellations: Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, Saint-Romain, Auxey-Duresses, Saint-Aubin and Savigny-Lès-Beaune.
Production totals 60% red wine from Pinot Noir and 40% white from Chardonnay.
The Denis Carré estate is completely converted to organic farming, committed to sustainability and environmental protection. The vineyards are cultivated using sustainable agricultural practices, such as reducing the use of pesticides and promoting biodiversity in the vineyards.
The location of the estate is ideal for the cultivation of the two flagship grape varieties of Burgundy because the climate here is slightly cooler than on the hillsides, which gives the wines remarkable tension and liveliness.

Allegrini

Allegrini is one of the most recognized Italian wine producing families in the World.
Maison Allegrini is a family wine producer from the La Valpolicella wine region in northern Italy.
The Allegrini family has lived for generations in Fumane, a small town near Verona, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica. Allegrino Allegrini founded the winery in 1857 in Mazzurega, a village in the municipality of Fumane. Mazzurega is the locality where Fieramonte is produced.
Giovanni Allegrini, nicknamed "The Spider of the Barrels", is considered one of the greatest artisans of the Valpolicella renaissance. He perfected the art of winemaking, acting with rigor in the selection of grapes and introducing important innovations in the viticultural and oenological fields.
After Giovanni and his son Walter, the company is now in the hands of Marilisa and Franco. They are the worthy heirs of the visionary spirit of their ancestors.
The result is a perfect alchemy between heritage and tradition stemming from years of existence and the challenges of modernity and adaptability specific to current expectations.
The Allegrini estate is known for its production of red wines made from Corvina Veronese, the emblematic variety of La Valpolicella. It is this grape variety that is honored in the greatest cuvées of the estate: Amarone Riserva Fieramonte and the La Poja cru, from a single plot at the top of a mountain which offers an unobstructed view of the Lago di Garda, a beautiful border lake between Veneto and Lombardy.
The estate is committed to sustainability and environmental protection. The vineyards are cultivated using sustainable agricultural practices, and the winery which is used in particular for the appassimento uses innovative technologies to reduce its carbon footprint and minimize its impact on the environment.

La Distillerie de Paris

Distillerie de Paris is the first legal distillery set in the heart of Paris since a century.During his fifteen years’ experience as a consultant for Diageo and as a wine and spirits retailer, Nicolas got involved into the craft spirits movement. Since then, he dedicates himself to the production of genuine spirits, picking botanicals, citrus and spices as a perfumer would do.
Only fresh products are used during the maceration and distillation process, mostly sourced at Rungis market. Such as citrus from Michel Bachès in the Roussillon coast or wild orchids, cinnamon, and galabé (also known as « bread sugar ») from the Reunion Island.
A close collaboration between Seguin Moreau and La Distillerie de Paris ended up to create a dynamic and proactive ageing protocol.
Each spirit is transferred from a specific barrel to another in order to reach the desired profile in a short amount of time (6-8 months).
The Distillerie de Paris' experimental nature is at the heart of the production and allows total freedom in their creative process, it's in fact the trademark of Nicolas and Sebastien’s work and the warrant of their authentic products. Nicolas is also consultant for Diageo since 2002. He initiated the first spirits / food pairing program and, amongst others, has developed a whisky-cheese pairing.
